My wife & I were almost certain that ID Edwin Tan from Design4Space would be one to do our brand new home renovation during our initial encounter with him. He was prompt to highlight hidden costs to us and his quotation was very transparent hence we knew what we were exactly paying for. The critical factor that made us eager to sign the contract with him was his promptness in the way he follows up with queries and the way he accommodates to our requests (while always making sure what we want is cost effective). Edwin's dedication to his customers' satisfaction is what makes him an ideal choice for home owners who yearn for a beautiful home and at the same time not want to fork out exorbitant prices. I therefore highly recommend him!

We appreciated it when he made a suggestion, an alternative way to do something and spoke up. He is a reliable ID who takes in our requirements seriously especially the hard works have paid off and enabled us to move in quickly after collecting our house keys. He is indeed a joy to work with. We were satisfied with the result of the workmanship by Edwin and his team of contractors. We would recommend his services to others.

Edwin from Design4space had been accommodating with my requests. He is also patient in listening and solving the problems that arise during the renovation. Edwin had demonstrated 100% professionalism throughout the whole process and there were constant updates from him with regards to the entire project management. I am very satisfied with his proposed solution for the lighting in my living room. As my renovation was done while we were still staying in the house hence i would had to say the contracted vendors like painter, tiler and plumber etc had been really professional too. Overall we had a positive experience with them.

Just concluded the makeover of my 3rm resale flat, courtesy of Design 4 Space Concept. Frankly speaking, i did have my reservations on the quality and service of this company as their quotation was very competitive.

To my pleasant surprise, it was a breeze throughout the renov works. My consultant, Roy was contactable 24/7 (that's very important!) to answer all my queries and updates on the renovation. As it's a fairly 'old' flat, we decided to give it a full makeover, and that would require lots of permit applications for hacking, etc. Fortunately, Roy was around to handle all the necessary co-ordination. Plus, he's also a very resourceful guy who could "magic" all my impromptu requirements efficiently.

Overall, i would say that my experience with Roy from Design 4 Space Concept far exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up to him for handing over a good job within a reasonable budget without compromising on quality.

I engaged design4space for the renovation of my 5 year old kitchen and master room toilet. Herlin Seah was my designer and when she first came to my house to check out the situation of the kitchen, I was impressed by her meticulous attitude.
She spent time to come up with ideas to optimize the space in my tiny kitchen which none of the other designers who came by did.
After I have decided to hand her the project, she was very responsive in her replies to my queries and she will spend a lot of effort to make sure that all the work done are up to standards and with minimal disruption to me.
All in all she is a responsible and diligent designer whom I will not hesitate in recommending her to my friends.

The quality and workmanship is excellent and the project was completed ahead of schedule. I was impressed with his efficiency in the administration of the project and prompt updating of every completed step as well as his patience in answering our queries which helped us made decisions along the way. My husband and I were very lucky to come across this company 2 years ago. Our interior designer, Zen Chua, is someone who takes the times to listen to all our queries and needs..he even takes the initiative to suggest and comes up with really good ideas. We like his work ethic because he is reliable, can be trusted and will always follow up on his word. As first-time house owners, we were anxious and cautious but were put at ease with Zen's professionalism. Even a year after renovation is completed, we are still able to call Zen and seek his advice on house-related matters. He takes time to build relationships with clients and we really appreciate his dedication to doing his best for our home.
